WAYFM and Synergy Plant 50 Trees in Plumas National Forest

Recently Synergy had the opportunity to work once again with our long time client WAYFM Louisville. We produced the May 14th United Tour featuring Sanctus Real, David Nasser, Johnny Diaz, and Mikeschair. The show was an absolute success as WAYFM brought the first large-scale concert to Southeast Christian Church’s Indiana Campus.

In order to honor our clients we always send out a small token of appreciation. In honor of WAYFM and earth day last month, Synergy planted 50 desperately needed native pine, fir, and cedar trees in the Plumas National Forest (www.fs.fed.us/r5/plumas/) through the Arbor Day Foundation. The Arbor Day Foundation’s mission is simple: inspiring people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. Synergy Produces Two Sold Out Jeremy Camp Shows with WAYFM and World Vision!

On January 22nd in West Palm Beach and February 12th in Louisville, Synergy Production Group had the privilege of producing 2 sold out shows in conjunction with WAYFM Media Group and World Vision. The Speaking Louder than before tour included Jeremy Camp, The Afters, Chasen, and Jason Gray. The jury is still out on the final total, but this incredible outfit of bands sponsored at least 500 children in third world. In addition, the Louisville show included a brave young man’s marriage proposal during intermission! Synergy Production Group is proud to have played a vital part in these amazing musical evenings with a socially conscious heart.

Casting Crowns and WAYFM

This past week, Synergy Production Group had the joy of working at home at The Sommet Center here in Nashville, TN.   WAY-FM, a local radio station with national markets, sponsored the Casting Crowns, Until the Whole World Hears Tour.  Special guest’s artist Matt Redmann joined them for the evening.   Synergy Production Group was hired to manage the logistics of the event by working as a liaison between the building, tour, and radio station to make the show happen.  We handled all aspects such as security, labor, catering, and show settlement.   With our experience in the tour market and the volume of business with do with many of these vendors we are able to save WAYFM considerable amount of money and ensure that the small details don’t slip through the cracks.  With a crowd of 6500, the night was a success, proving that small details, yield BIG Results!

WAY-FM Girl’s Day Out 2009

On September 19th, 2009 Synergy Production Group had the privilege of producing the first ever WAY-FM Girls Day Out. A long time client, WAY-FM Nashville, dreamed up the concept to reach their primary demographic group, women.  Synergy Production Group worked hand-in-hand with WAY-FM designed an event that was an absolute success.

Held at Liberty Hall at The Factory in Franklin the expo style show featured over 50 fashion, health/wellness, and beauty vendors.  1000+ attendees perused the goods, delighted in the tastes of the local coffee shop The Good Cup, and listened to informative health and wellness presenters Dr. Naomi Paschall OBGYN, Dawn D Totty (Fashion Consultant), Dr. Tamara Mariea (Internal Balance), and Jillian Chambers. The highlight of the day was by far Dawn D Toddy’s “Dawn To Midnight” fashion show featuring a full day’s line of vintage women’s clothing. Overall the event was wonderfully received and a great outside-the-box fundraiser.
